Pulse M keeps disconnecting from Bluesound app
AnsweredThe Pulse M will stay connected to steam music but keeps dropping from android and iOS app. I do a factory reset and it reappears for a while then disappears and Wil not reappear. I have tried 2.4 and 5ghz and the problem is the same. Speed from internet is not a problem.
I have not tried an ethernet connection

Try powering off your Router for five mins, and then when the Router is fully up and running reboot the Pulse M and see if that helps. Factory resetting just presents the M as a new player to your Router and should not be required.
If this does not help then log a support ticket using the BluOS App as this will send the logs to Bluesound for investigation.
I run a combined SSID for 2.4/5 and don’t have any issues.

I have tried that and stayed connected for 12 hours. Then became unresponsive to app and then disconnected from WiFi altogether.I am now trying wired connection.
