Pulse M keeps disconnecting from Bluesound app

The Pulse M will stay connected to steam music but keeps dropping from android and iOS app. I do a factory reset and it reappears for a while then disappears and Wil not reappear. I have tried 2.4 and 5ghz and the problem is the same. Speed from internet is not a problem.
I have not tried an ethernet connection

I have tried that and stayed connected for 12 hours. Then became unresponsive to app and then disconnected from WiFi altogether.I am now trying wired connection.
How do I submit ticket?0
