Broken Pipe - Audio muting
AnsweredHello. In the past month, music streamed via the Qobuz app to my NAD C388 with BluOS 2i module goes mute mid song. It doesn’t pause, because often the piece of music will resume after 15-20 seconds.
I see that update 4.2.6 has been retracted, so would like advice on how to rectify please.
The module is connected to the router via wired connection (tried all the usual rebooting router, etc.)

A 'broken pipe' error is a connection error (interruption) which might be on either end of the transmission stream. It *might* help to log out of Qobuz and then log back in. Otherwise log a support request through BluOS Help.

I should have mentioned, the error message that came up once when the sound stopped playing was ‘broken pipe’. I’ve only seen that once on the app though.
