    The PULSE SUB and RT100 have been discontinued some time ago; https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000168948

    If they were purchased recently, are you sure you do not have a PULSE SUB+; https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/articles/360056643913

    You don’t say how old / version the Pulse Subs are.

    Seppi, the subs are brand new just delivered last week so they are the latest version. They connected wireless however once I started to add the blusound rt100 on the sub and receiver that is where/when I have problems.

    Best to either speak to your dealer or log a support ticket with Bluesound.

    There were changes years ago regarding the Sub / RT100 but cannot recall the details.
