Amazon HD missing content on Win & Android
AnsweredHi.
I'm getting a lot of albums added in Amazon Music that show no track content - just the album name. The missing tracks are visible in Amazon and can be located if searched for on an individual basis (in "My music" option) which suggests they were successfully added just invisible. All aspects on most recent firmware and release version.
Anybody else get this?
Amazon remaining the most cost effective route to lossless audio but it's not a great experience on this device. If Spotify ever manage to deploy lossless I'm likley going to have to switch.

Hi Simon
This can depend on your Geographic location/Amazon Subscription location (Amazon.com vs Amazon.ca vs Amazon.uk.co...) as rights can differ and Amazon runs each geographic branch differently.
It can also vary on your tier level of Amazon (Prime, vs Unlimited, Vs Ultra Unlimted...)
As a Canadian-based Amazon Prime member, I often find incomplete albums that force me to stick to radio streams.

I'm having a different issue with Amazon, do a search, click on Amazon music, nothing happens, click on My Music, works everytime. This only started happening after the recent uograde.
Just had enough of Amazon, although it is probably Bluesound, that is the issue. Every other service, Qobuz, Deezer and Tidal work as normal. The Amazon interface on here is awful. Are these albums classical? Because there is a problem, some are having, on Qobuz and another service, with missing content. Amazon HD is not Prime. Prime has a limited catalogue. HD has the highest level. I don't have any missing content.

It is Amazon HD that has become an enduring issue but much worsened by the recent upgrade. I'm seeing so many empty albums that fail to display track listings I feel I am going to have to abandon Amazon in January.
Spotify works fine (I appreciate the connectivity differences).
also the indexing between Amazon and the BluOS app is also a constant problem - rather than grouping album content together anything also featuring another additional artist becomes a separate artist entity - one recent album got split into 4!
Nothing wrong with the Node devices still think they sound good but my source is having to change and quality will take a downturn as Spotify HiFi seems to be a myth.

Try going back to the 3 interface that solved my issue, of Amazon search not working, press on Amazon Music and nothing happens. Not seeing any missing albums. My issue is the albums are all different resolutions, the first track maybe 24/192, the next maybe 16/44, next 24/96, next 16/44 etc. Usually the first is HR, the rest all over the shop. Some albums seem to be mixed up, from different remasters. Never had that on other services. The interface is awful on Amazon, 4 is worse than 3 interface. Not sure I will last 3 months either.
Qobuz is my first choice, if you can get that, they are doing free 69 day trial. Deezer is ok but cd quality only.
Tidal is same price as Spotify but cd quality.0 -
Tidal appeals and CD quality acceptable - I had missed that and imagined the library substantially smaller - thanks. And integration with BluOS? Good as Spotify maybe? I might take a trial but thanks for that info.

I moved to Tidal. Tidal Connect in preference to using the Blusound app to manage Amazon which had become chaotic.

Amazon is awful, especially on BluOs.
I will be changing to Qobuz or Tidal next year.
