    Hi Emre

May I ask where you are seeing Update Available yet not being prompted to "I Want it Now/Wait 24 Hrs"?

Bluesound Players check for update at boot and then every 24 hours. When one is available you should be prompted.

Select Settings, Diagnostics, Reboot then kill and relaunch the App. You should then get the upgrade prompt shortly after relaunching the App.

You will need to contact Bluesound support support@bluesound.com

And you need to be very patient. I made my request 1/12 and I'm still waiting for help.

I understand that support is still overwhelmed and has to work by triage but 14 days and counting?

You might be better off not updating, that is why there're so many problems. If I were you I would wait until things settle down, next year.

I see ‘update available’ under menu Help/Update. And there is no ‘I want it now/wait 24 hours’
I rebooted the node several times and also plugged it off from the power cable.
No prompt or whatsoever, no update offered so far. That’s why I want to try to update with the usb stick..But I cannot find the .img anywhere.
At the moment it’s running with ver. 3.20.49

Try a Router reboot and temporarily use an Ethernet lead.

Regardless of Wi-Fi or Wired, connecting directly to the Router would bypass any other equipment.

If you don’t have anything constructive or helpful then probably best you keep off this thread.

It is often suggested that using ethernet may help, but I already use ethernet.
I have had this with support, they keep thinking it was a wifi issue but I use ethernet cable.
Sticky with 3 would have saved me a lot of hassle.

Any chance you originally selected delaying the update?  If you did, you can't activate a manual update without shutting down the app (not just sending it to the background), and then restarting.  With the last update, I told it to delay.  After listening to some music I wanted to run the update but as you mentioned it could not be done manually.  I had to close down the app, restart, and then the update option on the main screen popped up again.

Reinstalling the BlueOS app is the solution. Thanks Invenio.
After doing the new installation and after finding the N330 within the network I was immediately asked to update the FW which I confirmed and which was done with success.
Thanks to all for your help and suggestions!
