Solid red
AnsweredThe upgrade 4.0.2 ended on solid red light on my vault2i. I was told to wait for the upgrade 4.0.5, but that has the exact same result. After three weeks without music I am getting a bit desperate, also because emails to the support crew remain unanswered. Anyone else having the same problems? Anyone has a solution?

They need to change their brand name from BLUESOUND to RED-no-SOUND.

Although for a week I didn’t get a reply from the support crew, I really feel like Prince is doing the best he can. But that doesn’t mean my problems are solved and I don’t know if, when or how they will be solved. @dmol, it is good to know I am not the only one. Good luck!0
