    UPDATED OFFICIAL COMMENT

We can confirm this issue is the App is using cached out of date information. Likely you just arrived home and reconnected to your WiFi network or the App was in power save mode.

Pressing Retry solves the issue about 75% of time, pressing Retry a second time after 5 seconds resolves it 98% of the time. Killing the App waiting about 5 seconds then relaunching the App also resolves it.

we hope to publish an update with a better experience in the next week or two on both mobile platforms. We do apologise for the inconvenience.

Same for me for 24 hours now on home tab; spinning wheel or 'couldn't load content' error.

All other tabs are fine just no home tab which, when your music presets for a player are inexplicably on the home screen (not the music screen or actually just above or incorporated into the bloated player 'strip' across the bottom which would have been thoughtful, appropriate, decent UI design), is a pain in the ass.

    Force stopped app, restarted phone.

    UPDATED COMMENT

We are having a hard time replicating this issue - please play some content, then kill and relaunch the App. We suspect the App is not properly collecting Player recent usage history. We are continuing to investigate.

I'm finding it very easy to replicate. The android app opens, buffers then fails to open the home page. I get a message to say my content can't be loaded. I can use all the other tabs at the bottom of the screen and my stored music and Amazon Music library are there. I just can't access the home screen. I have seen it since the upgrade, but today is one of the days it's not working. I have uninstalled and reloaded the app several times, including today.

PS home screen is working again - for now - after reinstalling the app. Again.

Reinstalled app and still spinning wheel on Home tab.

    Eventually:

    Couldn't load content

There was a problem loading your content

    Please try again

Tap the 'Try again' button and repeat as above.

    Same here.

Home loaded for me this morning (4.03 - I was on 4.03 yesterday when it wasn't loading).

The order had been reset (I had presets at the top and had dismissed the welcome card and this was reset).

Same problem for me as well. I am using bluos 4.0.2 app and was working but now I am unable to load the HOME page. Everything else is working fine but without the home page I cannot access my Playlists. It is the same problem on my android devices (tablet & phone) as well as my PC (Windows).
I have reverted to bluos 3.20.6 on my PC which works fine. I do not know how to get 3.20.6 for my android devices. Can you please provide a link so I can use it until this problem is resolved.

UPDATE - I have now rebooted my players (NADC700 and Pulse) and this has solved the issue. I recommend trying this
    settings->help->diagnostics->reboot

Irony is that you can't get to the settings on the android app if the home screen isn't working, so I had to do this from the desktop app

I rebooted everything, router, WiFi extender, all my devices (Node 2i) then reinstalled the BluOS apps on all my devices (android tablet, phone & PC) and now everything is working as it should. Home screen comes right up now, success!

I just installed the last version (4.2.0) for Windows and the Home tab has the same issue. Same problem on my Samsung tablet (Android) and my iPhone.
