    Im also left wondering why my previous message (after Adrian's post) that there was a new version coming this week was deleted. Sad if mods decided to remove that for no good reason, it was a fact as proven by Piotr above.

    Hi Jon

    Thanks for the feedback. This Community is monitored by multiple staff here at Bluesound, NAD Electronics, PSB Speakers and their parent company. Though I'm sure it was meant in humour or jest, your post was removed as it could be misinterpreted as disparaging, not to our products, nor our organisation or decisions but to the direct staff who work here.

    We love the good, and we'll take the bad but we are concerned about the ugly... thanks for understanding;

    Glad we were able to get your C700 front panel issue resolved quickly.

    Weird, my post only said there was a new release this week. Nothing disparaging in that. I was just letting the poster above mine know that there was a release promised this week, which is what you said previously... and what the team did. Which I am happy about as I have also said.

    Hi,

    @Tony W. or BluOs crew, a quick question. I got a new M33 - a lovely piece of kit! - and installed it today. Unfortunately the display (brightness, and LCD off) settings are not available in the menu via the touchscreen. I see them in the bluOS app but enabling then (e.g. the Display off after 60s) does nothing. NAD support (in Germany) told me on the phone that there is an issue and there will be an update. Now i am reading this chat, understand that an update some 3months ago alreayy solved the issue. My M33 is on BluOS 4.2.10. So i am a bit confused now. Could you maybe let me know if and hoe i could solve this issue, as for watching tv this is an important feature for me. Thank you, appreciated, martin.

    Thank you very much for the quick answer Tony. But actually NAD support told me its an BluOs issue and this will be solved with an update by BluOS and i need to wait for this. Can you confirm this? Again, i am asking because the chat above implies that this Display Off issue apparently was already solved some 3 months ago and switching off the display should work. Dont know if anybody else (still) has this issue or if i have a faulty M33 unit....

    Hi Martin

    You spoke with NAD Distribution in Germany you mentioned. You did not speak to NAD Support as they have no record of your contact. Please go ahead and reach out to them as I suggested as that address will connect you with NAD's Corporate Head Office just outside Toronto.
