Error when transferring new tracks from my computer
AnsweredToday I have been trying to transfer some new tracks from my computer via its shared IP address, to the Vault 2i (as I've done with over 74,000 tracks since I bought it), but the transfer crashes every few minutes. The player freezes and can only be revived by being switched off and on at the wall.
Interestingly, a few hours before I attempetd this transfer, there was a notifiaction of a player update which I did first.
I'm sure it's not good for the player's hard drive to switch it off and on. What's going on?

I find that the problem is more than just transferring files via sharing. The Vault 2i player now 'freezes' during playback; sometimes quite soon after starting an album, sometimes after an hour or so. This is all new since the latest player update on Friday (20 October). The unit has been fault free for over three years until now.
