Solid red light on front and top
AnsweredI was advised to plug my unit into the router so it could get an update. It already was but I removed the unit and plugged it directly into my main router. I still have the red solid lights on the front and top and my program does not see it?

I have escalated your issue to our Support Crew as the will want to take a closer look and see what is going on. They will be in touch via e-mail.

Solid red means it’s in upgrade mode, if you unplug from the electricity, leave it five minutes and plug in again, does it then go back to a working state (blue) ?
If it does not then you will have to continue working with support.
