Solid red light on front and top

I was advised to plug my unit into the router so it could get an update. It already was but I removed the unit and plugged it directly into my main router. I still have the red solid lights on the front and top and my program does not see it?

  Solid red means it’s in upgrade mode, if you unplug from the electricity, leave it five minutes and plug in again, does it then go back to a working state (blue) ?

  If it does not then you will have to continue working with support.
