Library disappeared

I put my Vault 2i into vacation mode overnight and now that I've woken it up the Library isn't accessible.

I've reindexed it and rebooted it, to no avail.

I then sent in a support request, which told me that I needed to give a valid email address & phone number and specify my country .. all of which I'd done.  So I don't even know whether the request has reached you.

  Hi John, are you able to see the Vaults music share from another computer (Mac or PC) and your music is all still there?

  If it is try running a “Rebuild index” (Help… Diagnosis)

  Yes, the music has remained visible throughout from my PC.

  I've done an index-rebuild .. which appeared to have no effect.  However, half an hour ago the library suddenly reappeared (after about three hours of invisibility), to my great relief.

  This is only the second day of my using this new purchase:  let's hope this is a very rare problem!

  I have never put my Vault into vacation mode as it seems to use very little power and always / instantly available. Also have other players that rely on the library so would be painful if I wanted music upstairs and had to wake the Vault up before.

   

  It’s possible the Vault checks the library when coming out of vacation mode, hence the delay?
