I cannot get Spotify to Connect to my Bluos unit
I have tried everything, included reloading apps, unplugging the router, modem and Bluos unit, and uploading the newest softward (3.14.2). My Spotify app finds the Bluos unit but will not connect. I am left with the only option of airplaying from my iphone, which is not why I bought the Bluos unit. This issue started, I think, about 8 months ago when I got a new Iphone. I used Tidal up until that time with no issues. But with the new phone, I can no longer connect to Tidal through the Bluos app. I got frustrated and dropped Tidal, and thought that Spotify would work being more mainstream. Please help.

Well sounds like something amiss but try...
Using the Bluesound App go into Music Services and Spotify, if it shows you as logged in click logout then try again.
I suspect you may need a log a call with Bluesound as you previously had issues with Tidal.

I had a breakthrough on my problem that I'd like to share for others. My problem was that my Bluos device was in "pause" mode on my Google Wifi. I discovered this under Devices and clicked the "unpause" and now my Iphone and Ipad play directly to my Bluos unit (without having to use Airplay!). Hope that this helps others.
