Pulse Flex 2i Battery Won't Charge

I have owned a BP100 battery for my Pulse Flex 2i for less than a year and it appears not to be charging. I have troubleshot this a number of ways:
- Disconnecting, restarting speaker, then re-attaching the battery
- Disconnecting overnight and re-attaching the next day
- Swapping between speakers (I have 2 pulse Flex 2i speakers)
The result is a battery that appears to be in the red <20% charge all the time and is effectively useless. Can you please advise? This was bought direct from Lenbrook in April 2020 and I can provide the invoice and serial number if required.

Hi, I would have swapped out the batteries as I’m lucky enough to have loads of NiMh rechargeable spare batteries but appreciate that’s probably not an option.
Best bet is to reattach the battery and log a support call from the App please select Help, Send Support Request.
