To further this issue, it seems to be only when I use the search function. If I go to my saved artists or playlists the content is there but if I search, I get the error message.

Stesso problema, ho fatto svariate prove, resettato a valori di fabbrica, ma non cambia nulla, non va content could not be loaded - internal server error If I change the name a little, sometimes it works (example "ed eppelin")

I find that some searches on Amazon give a “couldn’t load content” error that work on Amazon’s own app. Some searches seem to be OK, others not. For example, a search for “magic music fabric” fails but a search for “Jimmy Hendrix” works OK.

    Hi Simon

Thanks for your patience. Our Quality Assurance has been able to replicate this issue and are currently testing a fix to be released in the next maintenance release of BluOS.

Three months ago I didn't have this problem, now I do.

    Hi Steven

Your recent issues likely have more to do with an ongoing server based issue with Amazon Music using third party devices such as your Blueosund Player. Please see here for more details; https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/25944939882647-Amazon-problems-again?page=3#community_comment_26108134169367

Amazon is aware of the issue and hoping to restore service as soon as possible.
