    Hi-Res

It’s an Amazon issue and been a few posts about this, normally after a few days it starts working again. Personally not had issue this time but did last year, sometimes a router reboot and then rebooting your Bluesound player helps.

Update: I went round and round with Amazon Music last night. The two service reps I talked to were friendly, but knew absolutely nothing about electronics or the issue at hand. At first, I was told that the problem rests with Bluesound. When I suggested that that was probably not the case, and that it was an Amazon issue, I was told that a "ticket" would be produced and I would hear from them mid-week next week. I was left very frustrated, and not at all confident the issue would be resolved. I decided to end my subscription with Amazon Music Unlimited, and try something else. Since last night, I have been with Qobuz, and I am entirely happy with it. I'm not having any issues with it, and the selection and sound quality are superb. It's sad that Amazon wasn't more willing to admit that they may be part of the problem, and, after all this time, not have a ready-made solution.

Why do you think that it's "probably" not an issue with Bluesound? The only situation where Amazon Music is not working is when using Bluesound's integration to access the service. Amazon Music itself is working perfectly.
