Amazon Music HD - search not working any more - internal server error
AnsweredHi everyone,
since yesterday I cannot search for music on amazon anymore using my BluOS app for my Node 2i. I get the message "Internal Server Error".
If I choose music from the recommendations or "my music" it works, so it's not a complete connection problem with amazon.
I thought it's just a temporary otage, but 2 days are quite long for an amazon service.
Someone else having this issue (in Germany)?
Is there a way to inform or ask amazon for help?
Thanks & Best Regards,
Jochen

It is absolutely not plausible that this is purely "an Amazon issue". Yes, there may have been some kind of change on Amazon's side, but I highly doubt something actually broke, i.e. something was changed that is in conflict with Amazon Music's API SLA. There's a lot of ways an API like the one Amazon Music offers can be used incorrectly, for example in a way that impairs the robustness of your own service by expecting certain things (like host names, IP addresses etc.) to stay in a certain configuration whereas the service's SLA actually makes provisions for these things to change.
Bluesound accusing Amazon of doing it wrong when BluOS is not working correctly is a bit like you blaming the operator of the power plant when you have a blown fuse in your house.
