    Are you sure that you are not putting your NODE on deep standby? To learn more about vacation mode - How do I Turn Off My Bluesound Player? – The Bluesound Support Crew

    If you are not, please send a support ticket to us using your BluOS app, this way it will automatically send us a diagnostic log along with your support ticket. Once we have it, a member of our support team can diagnose your device.

    I am sure about that because I don't do anything. I just stop playing music when I go to bed and the next morning the player is totally unresponsive. Today there was a green light(usually there is no light at all). I pressed Play and the light went off and it entered its usual unresponsive state.

    As I said before, this is happening after the latest update, I've never seen anything like that since the purchase.

    I'll try to send the logs.

    I’m experiencing the same problem. This started after the last update. I think I’ll return the device if there won’t be any fix soon.

    Please make sure your firmware is up to date. We recently released 3.20.49 to resolve this issue.     If your issue is still not fixed, please reach out to our support team by sending us a support ticket. This way, we can review your diagnostic logs. Using your BluOS app, BluOS >> Help >> Send Support Request.
