Music Folder Not showing in the vault

I can see my player(Vault) but when I open the folder I see only the Rip folder and cannot see the music folder.Its like there is no music 

Also on the app or on the laptop the libary option does not show 

Do let me know how I can resolve this

  It gave an error and then all my files disappeared

  Power it off for 10 mins, then turn it in  and leave it alone to see if it recovers. If nothing then try running from the BluOS Help Menu…Diagnostics…Rebuild index.

  If still nothing then using the BluOS app select Help…Send Support Request.
