Bluesound app battling with Tidal app
AnsweredI keep having an issue with the bluesound app taking over when I want to use the tidal app and tidal connect. I plan to only use Tidal and I’m familiar with the app. Plus on my playlist it puts them alphabetical while I can’t get the BluOS app to do that. All of my playlist are just in random orders when using the BluOS app. Do I have to have the BluOS app on my phone or can I just delete it and use the tidal app with tidal connect only?

Using the BluOS app I would suggest you clear the queue then from the Music Services menu go to Tidal and logout.
This way you get to keep the BluOS app if you want to make any changes etc but it won’t be connected to Tidal. Then you can just use the Tidal app for your day to day listening.
Edit… you could actually delete the BluOS app as it’s only a remote control but you may need it at some point.

Thank you for that. Makes sense. I’ll do that and see how it goes. I would assume that would work.
