Drop outs and spinning wheels

Hello, Issues keep arising with my new BluOs controller. First, spinning wheels on any and all searches ends in a blank screen with no results, I must re-search again in order to get my result, every time. New issue added with 10 second drop outs on Radio Paradise, BluOs integration with Tidal or any other. I have rebooted, unplugged, reinstalled App - can't think of anything else?
