Reboot the router as a first step, then when it’s back and running do the same for your Bluesound device (use the app to reboot, Help…Diagnostics…reboot)

I'm also experiencing drop outs with Roon now for anything beyond 44/16. Nothing else else has changed except the newest upgrade. My internet connection is strong. I've tried using both ethernet and wireless connection. I've rebooted a bunch of times, but it keeps happening.

Amir… this thread is not related to Roon, suggest you touch base with Roon regarding your issue if you can play successfully without Roon being used.

Same exact issue. Dropouts for Tidal and Radio Paradise to the point I can't listen anymore. Rebooted, reinstalled, the lot. Infuriating.

Try setting the DNS entries to Google’s on your router if you know how, reinstalling the app won’t help as the apps are just controllers like a TVs remote.

Maybe my experience will help a little. Changing the DNS to google had brought no change, still drop outs. Also, the Tidal app worked fine without drop outs, only the BluOS app did Tidal drop outs.
I deleted my Tidal account in the BluOS app and closed the app. Then opened the BluOS app again and I logged into Tidal in BluOS again. Then I got in the BluOS app from Tidal the question to allow cookies. I don't remember this question about allowing cookies being asked before. I have allowed it extensively and knock on wood it is running free of drop outs so far. Maybe it was just the circumstance of the new login, or maybe it was the permission of the cookies?
