    Hi Jan

Please unplug the Bluesound Player for 5 minutes then reconnect it. If the problem persists after that, please select Help, Send Support Request in the Navigation Drawer of the App and we will be in touch.

    Thanks for #LivingHiFi

    Hi Jerome

Check all your connections from the NODE 2i to your amplifier or active speaker system as something down the chain is most likely not working. If you are using an amplfier with separate volume control, you may want to set teh NODE 2i to fixed output in the Audio Settings of the App.

If problems persist, please select Help, Send Support Request or speak with your dealer as you just purchased it...

    HI Tony,

                Hope you are well.

I have already opened up a ticket, but I can not find the number. I will open a new one.

I am a little bit frustrated with the product that is Hi Fi, and is expensive.

This is supposed to work easily, but the Blue OS does not work, up to now.

    These are the details:

1 - After disconnecting and connecting for 5 mins, I was able to get sound out via Headphones and RCA.

2 - I have installed Blue OS and the libraries appear in the software, but when I play them, there is no sound, neither in my HP Desktop, Iphone or Ipad. Very consistent.

3 - I mapped the Vault 2I to my desktop, it's showing under File Explorer, and I can play and HEAR the sound in this way, but not thru Blue OS.

4 - I have restarted the device several times.

5 - The quality of the Manuals is appalling, and most of the information I was able to find online is old and applies to old models. You must improve them for a USD 1,300 device.

6 - I hope to get a good Customer Service, however several of the comments I have read do not seem very promising.

7 - If equiptment does not work for the next two weeks, I can work with your company, I will return it, however it was a gift.

    Hope to hear from you.

In my registration you have my phone number, I am Gustavo A. Quintas.

    Best Regards,

    Gustavo.

    Hi Tony,

I opened a ticket for this, but I have not received any answer.

The problem I do have is that when I play my library from both, my Iphone,Ipad or PC Windows 10 Blue OS application, there is no sound in any of these devices. The sound I get is the Stereo one (a Pioneer Select amplifier), thru the Coaxial Cable.

I mapped the library to the File Explorer, in my PC, where I can see the .flac files. If I play them in my Windows 10 PC, I get sound. But, in the same PC, if I play my library in the Blue OS application, I can not hear any sound IN THE PC. Sound is only coming thru stereo via a Coaxial connection.

Another problem is that if I connect Bluesound Vault 2I to the router, via an Ethernet cable, the hardware is recognized by the Blue OS application, but if I disconnect it, and try to connect it via Wi Fi, the device does not appear. It does appear in Bluetooth in Iphone, Ipad, PC, but Wi Fi, does not.

Finally, how can connect the Bluesound Vault 2I to an Apple TV 3, so I can see my library and listen to the contents in it?

I would appreciate a lot your prompt help.

I have spent many hours trying to solve this out, but I was not able to.

    Best Regards,

    Gustavo.

My node 2i is not showing signal in the passive speakers. I can only hear it on my headphone amp. My phone is operating Bluetooth devices and my speakers went silent when I switched back to them

I have 3 of the original Pulse and they all are doing the exact same thing as you described.  I can see them on the network, I can adjust the volume on the unit and watch is change is the app but I get no sound other then a popping noise.

I took them to my NAD service center and they told me there are not allowed to work on them because they are out of warranty.  So I have spent $2,100 on bricks at this point.  I also purchased the Master series M17 and M23 as well as a power node and a couple pulse mini.  All in I a have spent over 16K on this brand and they are refusing to even look at the pulses.  They offered me a 20% reduced price to purchase a new model.  I think my only option is to move to SONOS and I think I made a big mistake not buying Sonos in the first place.  DO NOT BUY BLUESOUND THEY WILL NOT SUPPORT THEIR DEVICES.
