Sub+ playing out of beat
BeantwortetHi all, not sure if anyone else has had this problem its driving me bonkers. I have the soundbar + and sub + and play mainly music through it streaming from tidal. The sub continuously losing its timing with the soundbar so is playing maybe 1/2 to 1 sec out of time to the soundbar. I have to factory reset the sub and then it add it back at which point its back in time. The next time I come to play music the sub is out of step with the soundbar again! Very frustrating. I logged a ticket with support but I just get some generic steps to fixing my network which is clearly not the issue as I can reporduce this just by shutting down and starting back up. Please help

Hi Tony, thanks for the comment but this is not a phase issue believe me. Regardless of switching phase the issue persists.
Hey Seppi, I did restart the router and its fixed the issue albeit temporarily, surely its not normal behavior to have to restart the router each time I want to use the soundbar/sub. I can go back to my ISP but what should I be asking them to check do you think?
