Since BluOS 3.18.7 my P300 Pulse will no longer connect

Hi, moving this to the Community as Support haven't been able to help.

Since upgrading the firmware to v3.18.7, my Gen 1 Pulse (P300) has been struggling. It is now stuck in hotspot mode, unable to the Controller.

Anyone got any bright ideas? Support says it's a hardware problem, it isn't. The kit is old but it worked until last week  when the new firmware was issued.
