Connected to Network but not to APP
BeantwortetUnfortunately I set up my Pulse Soundbar+ and Flex 2i rear speakers to my network 5 GHz not knowing that this whole suite of speakers is designed to run on the lower guest network band. The app initially worked for the soundbar but did not work at all for the rear speakers. I deleted the app off my devices in one of at least 60 attempts to try and reset and reinstall the devices (was never able to reset). None of the online directions worked. What is really puzzling to me is that my network shows the devices attached but no matter what app I install: Mac, Iphone or iPad work I cannot connect to the speakers. Even more strange is that I put the app on my Kindle and was successfully able to connect when the device was plugged into the router but as soon as I disconnected I even lost connection again. Two days wasted on all of this so far and still no sound.

Wow that's interesting, I was advised that it was the 2.4 GHz. More wasted time 🤦🏻♂️, thank you for your response

As Seppi says, it works on both bands -- but generally speaking the 2.4Ghz is far more robust, so to narrow down the issue, you'd first want to put them all on on 2.4Ghz and see if things improve.
I'm a bit puzzled by the guest network band, BluOS usually cannot run on 'guest' networks because these are restricted connections and usually block protocols needed by BluOS.
If the above fails, the last sentence about the Kindle and the Ethernet connection makes me believe there may be multiple subnets on your network.
