    Sounds like you are having issues with TIDAL credentials. Please contact TIDAL and ensure your ID and password are correct. If problems persist, please select Help, Send Support Request in the App so we may see the log file and take a closer look.

    The same problem. In windows or android apps hawe no problem with my credentials.
