Players no longer appear after last player update
Ran SW update of Node 2 players this morning and now they no longer appear in the apps. They are on ethernet, the ports/router is working well with high throughput (connected a laptop to the same ethernet cable). Rebooted the players, lights flash red/green for a few seconds and then turn blue. Nothing else changed in my home automation setup and everything else working well, but I still rebooted the router/unifi gateways. Still not appearing
I am testing on 2 Android and 1 Windows (wired) machine, the "looking for players wheel continues to spin). All have the latest sw versions available
Any ideas?

Thanks for reacting -- I did powercycle a few times and yes, the devices do get an IP-address when I check in Unifi

Thanks for another good tip !!!
When pinging both devices there are no replies. Interestingly enough in Unifi 1 of the 2 devices does show up/down Lan data activity, the other one stays at zero
(in all honesty: it annoys me I didn't think of the pinging myself ... :-) but kudos to you)

And BTW: sending an online support request doesn't work -- all my controllers say "no information available", I guess because they can't find any players

I have the same issues sinds the last update. My Node 2 is wired to my homenetwork I can ping from my device to the Node 2 but the app does not see the Node 2!!!!
