Network Issue

I have a Node 2 and Vault 2, wired to an UniFi Dream Machine Router Switch set to 1GbE port speed...... neither of the Bluesound devices appear in the app and the units flash green or stay solid red......... when I set the port speed to 10/100MbE they return and work perfectly.
All products have the latest Firmware and I have done countless reboots of everything and change cables etc, other devices in the switch happily work at 1GbE without any issues
Your specs say they support 1GbE , please advise.

Additional to what Seppi's stated - if the players are Ethernet connected but no solid blue LED, it would suggest that they are not getting any signal over the Ethernet connection. Double check that the Ethernet cables are firmly in place on both ends, or perhaps test with different Ethernet cables (or on WiFi).
