Does Buesound tech support even exist any more?
The last update bricked my Pulse P300. All I get is a light the goes red, then briefly green and then back to solid red. I have found no email or phone number for tech support and the only info I can find in FAQ or web pages for doing a factory reset refers to buttons that do not even exist on my player. This really more of a rant about weak tech support than a request for help but if you have any ideas I would welcome them.
