QPLAY cannot be found.

I am based in China and currently using a Bluesound Nano, controlled via an iPhone 15 Pro Max.
The device works properly with Spotify Connect, Qobuz Connect, and AirPlay.

However, QPlay is not working, and the device cannot be discovered in the QQ Music app.
Could you please advise whether this issue is related to regional restrictions, firmware compatibility, or network settings?

I would appreciate it if you could let me know whether there is any official solution, recommended configuration, or future support plan regarding QPlay.

  QPlay is a supported service, you will need to add your QPlay login credentials into the BluOS App and then use the BluOS App to access QPlay.
