    Hi Finn, another user here, Bluesound support is really your best bet as they can see the logs.

    No idea what your network hardware is or what you have also tried. First step is to power off the Router and BluOS device along with ANYTHING else that connects to the router. Power on the Router and wait five minutes. Now only test your BluOS drive and controlling device. Next power on another WiFi device and see what happens.

    Personally I would be looking at the router, not the signal or the Ethernet connection but something more fundamental.

    Check DHCP scope, you need enough free IP addresses
    If any IP address are reserved it might be an idea to remove them

    Personally I would factory reset the router, mind that you know how to enter the connection settings and have the detail to hand.
