Audio dropouts using analog output both Tidal MQA and Quboz HR on Node 2i
BeantwortetUsing 200 Mb feed from Comcast,, Ethernet from Gateway to the Node. Getting momentary drops using the analog RCA connection into Yamaha RX-A1080, Switch to either optical finer link or digital coax goes away. Swapped out the interconnect cables, no joy. Swotched to different input on AVR didn't solve it either. Ordered a new interconnect cable and it supposed to have shiipped on the 6th. I'll sust off the old ADCOm 2 channel amp too if needed. Thoughts?

Hello Anthony,
When connecting the Analog out of the Node to another device (such as the ADCOM amp), do you get the same dropouts?
You can try toggling Settings > Player > Audio > Audio Clock Trim in the BluOS Controller app to see if that resolves the issue. I don't know if it will have an effect given over digital you're not getting these dropouts but I'd give it a try either way.

Thanks for responding Sam. I have not as yet tried connecting the Adcom GFA 555 power amp as it's connected to another sytem in the house which means taking it out of the rack etc. After I posted this last night, I also contacted (via email) the brick and mortar seller of the Node 2i and he offered to replace the unit. So this just might become a moot issue after all. I hope this is the fix. I'll update later I hope. AN FYI in closing, apart from opening yet another support request, I still cannot login into the website from any platform, any OS, any browser. Only access is through the BleOS controller HELP/Send Support Request and clicking the hyperlink.
