    Hello Soren, 

    Usually I find a reboot of the player will fix this, but if it does not, I would recommend trying the steps below:

    • Power down your POWERNODE and put your tablet/phone into Airplane Mode
    • Unplug your router for 30 seconds then plug it back in
    • Wait 5 minutes
    • Start powering up your POWERNODE and reconnect your tablets/phones
    • Test Spotify
