    I have escalated your issue to our Support Crew. They will be in touch.

    Until then, what you can try is temporarily move the Player and connect it with the provided LAN Cable. Once connected via a wired connection, please select Settings, Player Wi-Fi, and enter your new router's SSID and password. Once entered, you can return the Player to its original wired location.

    I have rebooted everything more than once the Node just blinks greens never changes
