New Node2 with WiFi problem
BeantwortetLast week my BlueNode 2 was delivered, I wanted the white version and I had wait for it. In the mean time the HiFi dealer loaned me a Node to use and try out. I have set up the new one and it works, but everyday it loses Connection to my WiFi. I have a very good (excellent) signal both when checking the signal strenght with my phone and in the diagnostic tool on the node. For some reason it goes from excellent to weak, and this happens everyday. I have checked my router and my extender settings. I have controlled the signal strenght on both my Phone and my node. There is nothing wrong with my WiFi. Yesterday i did a factory reset on the node to see if it solved the problem and this is annoying since one also have to perform a reindex of the Music library.
After the factory reset I connected to the wireless extender got an excellent signal and this morning it was back to poor. Then I have to type my password reconnect and it is excellent again. This didn't happen with the loaned one I had for almost two months. With the new one It happens every day since friday last week. Also when listening to music it goes down to weak. How can I solve this matter? Is there something new or changes in the hardware as the older one didn't have this issue? Asking this as someone had a problem with a Flex that just recived a weak signal.

Hello Conny,
The app should prompt you to install the BluOS 3.10 upgrade on the Node as well as the app (given you are experiencing connection issues, I would recommend temporarily connecting the Node to the router via Ethernet to ensure a quick and complete upgrade). This upgrade includes some stability improvements for WiFi connections.
If after the update and re-setting up your Node you still experience issues, please send our support crew a diagnostic log via the BluOS app under Help > Send Support Request (log will be automatically attached to the request) so they may look into this further.

Thank you for answering, I have solved this problem with my dealer, I got another one and everything works perfect now.
