Hi, I am trying to upgrade the firmware on my T175HD that includes the AM230 and also the VM300. When I look fro an upgrade, it takes forever to tell me that there is an upgrade. I get on the screen "Start Upgrade" and it shows like it will upgrade but it does nothing. Is there a situation with a Server at NAD right now ? This if the first time it happens, before all the upgrades went in 2-3 minutes.
The revision on the preamp is as follow:
- MCU: 2.16
- DSP: 1.20
- Video: 1.10
- Bluos/osd: 3.6.15
Would the new version of Bluos 3.8.8 solve the problem of not being able to upgrade with ethernet ?
If so, can I get that revision ?

Clarification:
Now, I can not get a communication to get to the next step, ie, the upgrade step.
I see the I.P adress available but no sings of communication with the ethernet.
If I roll back on the O.S.D and come back to try to find an upgrade, the "upgrade" writing on the O.S.D is not there anymore.
In case it means something to you.
