Error when updating Bluesound Flex
BeantwortetI have two Bluesound Flex'.
Each time I update them with new software, one of them always loose network connection and I have to unplug it from power a couple of times before it connects to my network. It is always the same one. Is this a known problem? How can this be fixed.

When a player upgrades, it will restart twice. This may be confusing your network router as the address may change. Consider setting a DHCP reservation in your router for your player.
If problems persist after the next upgrade, please send us the log files by selecting Help, Send Support Request in the App once the player is back on the network.

I have just updated to a new software version released this week or so.
The problem persisted, and I still find it strange that this does only happen on the same player. My other three restart and show up in the app as expected.
Support request through the app is sent.
