Bluesound Pulse not connecting to wifi

I have a Bluesound Pulse soundbar and i can't seem to connect it to BluOS. We have just changed our internet router and since the change, it will no longer connect.
I'm using an iphone and when I go into settings, the BlueSound network doesn't always appear. When it does randomly appear it says "Unable to join the network PULSE SOUNDBARD-18C3"
Not too sure what else I can do - i can't seem to find the MAC key either (the soundbar is wall mounted)

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your Pulse Soundbar's hotspot. To reconnect this Soundbar to your network, please ensure that the LED is displaying solid green to indicate it is currently in hotspot mode. If your Soundbar is displaying anything other than a green LED, you will need to perform a factory reset to revert it to hotspot mode.https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/articles/227470968
Alternatively if it is not too difficult to move your Soundbar, you can directly Ethernet connect it to your router temporarily to configure it to your wireless network.
