Can "login" to Vault 2
BeantwortetI can see all of my uploaded music in the BluOS app, but when I try to upload additional files to the Vault 2 from my Mac (Sierra version 10.12.6) it shows that I am logged in as "guest". There is an option to "Connect As" another login name, but I never set up myself as any other name for the Vault 2, so I have no idea on what this login information could be. Would this require some sort of reset to fix this?

Hi Josh
The VAULT login is "Guest" with no password. There is no way to create another ID for the VAULT so you are ok and logged in correctly. See this Help Centre Article for more details; https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/articles/200387457

Hi Tony,
Thanks for the response and glad to hear that is ok. A follow up issue then, even though I can see files within the BluOS app, I cannot see them when I look in the shared folder as a drive. Therefore, I cannot add or remove any files. Let me know how I should proceed.
