My Bluesound Node 2i does not work!

I hope I can receive some help hints about the problem I have with my Node 2i.
Before a week ago, my player stayed in solid purple LED status and it could not work at all.
I tried the factory reset procedure several times - unpluggling power cord after 30 seconds plug it again, while holding the play/pause button for 30 seconds until the LED start blinking red but the LED did not start blinking red !!! It continue staying purple and that's all....it is dead.
So PLEASE tell me, is there any different procedure which I can try in order to force it work properly ?!?!
I am waiting for your answer asap!

Your NODE 2i needs setting up but the Hotspot has timed out.
Press the Play/pause button (or unplug the player and then plug it in). Then follow the setup instructions at www.bluesound.com/setup
if you don't set it up in 15 minutes, it will time out again...
