Cannot See Vault on Network

I cannot see my Vault 2 on my network on my PC. It is definitely connected to the network as I can control it with a phone app and it has no problem ripping CDs with correct metadata. The problem seemed to happen when right after the last software upgrade. I have rebooted it. I also do not see how to effect a firewall rule.

  I am having the same problem. I want to acces the Vault maps in order to make some changes using TAGscanner. I can control every BS with my windows desktop controller though.

  I am having the same problem as above. I cannot see my Vault under the Network tab on my PC.  I also tried entering the IP address but the message comes back as Not Found. 

  When I try to backup my library that "Backup" option is not showing up under the Music Library. 

  I am able to play music etc.
