I’m having the same problem after installing newest firmware this morning. Support sent me multiple ‘fix’ emails, but nothing worked. Still can’t log into Qobuz app through BluOS.

We have seen issues with NetGear Nighthawk or ORBI routers with "Netgear Armor" or AT&T ISP provided routers with 'Enhanced Security' enabled. These firewall settings appear to block Qobuz authentication. If you need assistance disabling those settings in your home router, let our Support Crew know at support@bluesound.com and they will be happy to walk you through it.

Same problem here. After FW update Qobuz revalidation required, but no way at all to enter credentials or something. I changed my PW for Qobuz, no effect. I know that my routerconfig isn't the issue.

A complete Bluesound Nano reset to factory defaults enabled me to setup en login to Qobuz again. But after a few hours (or day?) the issue was back.

Performing a factory reset daily isnt my view of a solution, so please Bluesound, ACT.

    thank you, Reg.
