Connection Issues
BeantwortetUsing Node X, first time connecting I had an almost seamless experience with the network and app aspects, however there was some kind of issue with the coaxial out to my Genelec speakers through a converter to AES XLR. I moved the player to test on a separate system that the coaxial output was functioning, which I managed to do via bluetooth only.
However now I can't reconnect any of my devices to the Node, via iOS and MacOS apps neither will recognise the player, I have tried several factory resets and redownloads of the app. Each time it fails to complete the process and reverts to asking me to look for a hotspot, however the hotspot no longer exists because as far as the node is concerned it is connected to the network (blue indicator) and no longer wishes to offer a hotspot. The only way I have found of getting the hotspot back is a full hardware reset but each time fresh setup ends in the same failure to complete.
Bluetooth still works but I'm shut out of any means of control or diagnostics etc which all rely on the mobile or laptop being able to detect the player.
Extremely frustrated here, any recommendations?
