    Hi Romano

    Something does sound off here. Can you send our Support Crew a log file of your NODE ICON by selecting Settings, Send Support Request in the BluOS App.

    After reviewing it, they will respond directly via e-mail for 1:1 troubleshooting.

    Same here on the last couple of updates to a node n130. You'll get used to it.

    Hello. After doing the step that Tony told me,
    I am still waiting for a response and a solution from the Bluesound technical team
    to be sure that my device is not damaged and if it is, to return it to my seller. I await your response.
