Flex 2i not reconnecting to wifi after travel

I got the Flex 2i and battery pack so I can travel with it and use it outside. However, every time I come home, it’s a struggle to get it to reconnect to the wifi. Green light blinks when plugged in, but it won’t show in the BlueOS app, won’t show as a hotspot on WiFi, but will show up under Bluetooth. But I didn’t get it to use as Bluetooth when there’s WiFi available. It doesn’t make sense for it to the portable version if this is the case.

  Hi Spencer - Your Bluesound PULSE FLEX requires you to be connected to a wireless network. It also only stores one network. The PULSE FLEX battery is more designed to to make your FLEX fully portable but more so as to take it out to your backyard deck while still connected to your network.

  Short term, before heading home, open Settings, Diagnostics, Force Hotspot to forget your network and rejoin when you get home.

  Long term, you may be better served by a more conventional Bluetooth speaker.
