Pulse flex 2i issue

I have a new flex 2i that I can’t add to my sources. It does’nt work with WIFI, I tried also to connect the Flex to my router using a LAN connection. But when I switch on the Flex the Led is briefly red, then green, then blue, but after a few seconds the Flex switch off automatically. During this time I can’t add the new Flex to my sources with the apps.
