3 Nodes on the network none of the Desktop controller apps can see them
Hi:
I have 3 nodes all connected via ethernet. I have used them without incident for many years. I changed my router from one netgear model to a netgear orbi about 30 days ago. I kept the same fixed IP addresses, and everything worked up until 2 days ago. None of the desktop controllers can find any players. My Ipad and iphone can find one of the 3. I can log directly into each players control panel via IP address if my laptop is connected to the switch that the node is connected to, but otherwise cannot.

Hi Ken;
Just another Bluesound user here since this is a user forum.
This sounds like it may be due to multiple networks. From your description I gather that when the laptop is connected via WiFi it cannot see the Nodes but when it is wired it does. This suggests to me that there may be dual networks operating with unique IP's assigned to each.
Until you hear back from Bluesound support it may be fruitful to look at the Orbi settings for wired and wireless.
