Hi Bob
Thanks for the feedback. Feel free to follow us on Social Media to find details about new releases as they become available. Our usual cycle is about 3 releases per year. After 11 years with Bluesound and over 50 with 2 other sister brands, we plan on sailing on.

I'm also waiting for a refresh of the many odd design choices in BluOS 4.

3 usual releases per year... 4.0 would allow for faster development as Matt once stated. Well people, you better get used to the slow slow devs of Bluesound :(
Plenty of bugs that still need to be squashed. I feel sorry for all those people providing logs over and over and receive the generic "will be fixed in a future update" message.

Hi,
I have owned streaming solutions from Sonos,Yamaha,Naim and Triangle besides Bluesound of course.
Currently I have the Powernode n330 combined with a pair of B&W 607 S3 speakers.
I am very happy with the sound of this system.
I am also very happy with the user-friendliness of the BluOS app.
What bugs me a bit, is this:
Some years ago, we lost the ability to play files stored locally on the Android phone via the Bluesound app.
Now with BluOS 4.0 I lost the ability to play files from a USB stick.
That - to me at least -seems like a serious downgrade.
I have seen there are some suggested fixes to the USB situation in other threads on this forum.
I tried the fixes and they did not work.(For me at least).
I would therefore much prefer, that you fixed the "USB bug" with a general update to the BluOS app.
Do you know if this is in the pipeline?Best regards

Reg USB, this now works similar to a NAS, minus the cost, which I find very useful.

They promised us gained efficiencies in development timelines, you know...
