Pulse Flex no longer connecting to WiFi

I have sent a support request already but it has been almost 2 weeks without any return, so I'm turning to the community to see if I can get proper help.
My Pulse flex doesn’t connect to WiFi anymore, just woke up one morning to find both my Pulse Flex and Pulse Flex 2i (stereo mode) disconnected.
I tried many times to connect unsuccessfully, did the factory setting, and each time it’s about to connect it doesn’t go through. The only thing I can foresee is that my to link router dual bandwidth cannot be separated but that was not an issue before and still not with the other 3 Bluesound devices, including the Pulse Flex 2i which is back up and running. I also proceeded to a restart of my router. My pulse and power node remained unaffected throughout.
I noticed each time I go through the usual WiFi connection process that my phone comes up with the following warning: cannot verify server identity, Bluos autorization not trusted, ... but it might be my mail refusing to connect through the Pulse Flex network? (really?!), but doesn't show with the other Pulse, weird.
Has anybody have a clue what would the issue be?

Thank you for the insight, I got a bit confused as to where to find the WIFI settings when plugged through ethernet, I'm looking in the right place now, thank you.
Still confused about the warning messages but no longer by the connection, sorted!
It helps when you actually type in the right password........ embarassing.
